Truckstop Group Highlights Efforts to Combat Human Trafficking

Synopsis: Last week, the House passed H.R. 4708, the Department of Homeland Security Blue Campaign Authorization Act of 2017. The President of the NATSO Foundation – formerly known as the National Association of Truck Stop Operators – offered testimony before the House of Representative’s Committee on the Blue Campaign. The Blue Campaign is a public awareness campaign to provide educational materials at truckstops to increase identification and reporting of suspected incidents of human trafficking.
